Vasu Skin Solutions has a 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling notice. For cancellations less than 24 hours or no-shows there will be a $100 charge for 30 minute appointments, $200 for 60 minute appointments and $300 for 90 minute appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule.
LASER HAIR REMOVAL POLICY
If you have a laser hair removal treatment, please arrive with 1-3 days of hair growth, or additional charges may apply. Please ask your technician for the perfect time frame for shaving as each body part, ethnic background, and hair growth are unique for each individual. Shaving properly dramatically affects the final results of your treatment.
If you arrive without shaving it will be considered a late cancellation as we are unable to treat you and fees will apply.
Please do not show up with a tan, spray tan, and always inform your technician when taking new medications. Unfortunately, we cannot treat you with a tan.
Fees for all services must be paid in full at the time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, checks, and cash. Any check returned for insufficient funds will assess a fee of $25.00. We do not offer any refunds on services rendered. Please note that there are no refunds on packages sold. Unused balances can be applied to other services provided by Vasu Skin Solutions.
Any fees discussed before a consultation are general estimates. You will be given an individualized treatment plan with prices valid for thirty (30) days after the consultation appointment.
As most of our procedures are considered cosmetic and not medically necessary, we do not bill insurance. However, we are happy to assist you in providing the receipts for your treatments that you can submit to your insurance company.
Laser Hair Removal and Skincare Services – Please note that we do not offer refunds on packages. All packages must be used within two years from the purchase date.
Products – Vasu Skin Solutions offers a 30-day product Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not pleased with your product, you will receive a store credit to recommend another product that will address your needs.
We recommend filling out forms before you come in whenever possible to spend your time focusing on your skin. Then, when you book your service through our booking service, Aesthetics Pro, the related links for the necessary form are provided. Please click on the associated documents, fill them out, and they are sent directly to Vasu. Once you have filled out your forms, they will be stored online with your file, and you will not need to fill them out again.
