Jennifer Fisher
Jennifer Fisher lives in Boulder and has been involved with the Boulder community since 1997. She attended laser training in Scottsdale, AZ, at the National Laser Institute and is a Boulder graduate of the Concentric Healing Institute. Jennifer also holds the following degrees and certifications: B.S. Biological Sciences, M.S. Environmental Science, Licensed Esthetician, Certified in Medical Aesthetic Laser/IPL, and Laser Safety Officer. She has a background in Nuclear Power and Environmental Compliance and loves science and lasers! Jennifer’s specialty is anti-aging procedures. She is the mother of two children, three dogs, one cat, and tons of fish! Jennifer is also an avid mountain biker, snowboarder, runner, scuba diver, and international traveler. Jennifer’s motto is, “work hard and travel harder!”
Kate Agius
Kate Agius is the Manager of Vasu Skin Solutions Boulder. Kate is a graduate of the College of International Esthetics in Denver, CO. She is the manager, licensed Aesthetician, and certified laser technician in Vasu Boulder. In addition, Kate has advanced training in micro-needling, dermaplaning, chemical resurfacing, and microdermabrasion. Kate is originally from Buffalo, NY, where she worked in skincare for six years and discovered her passion for the industry. Kate has been with Vasu for 8 years and works closely with Jennifer! Kate is happily married with a dog, cats, and a fabulous husband. Kate and Kyle recently had a baby boy, Myles! She enjoys exploring Boulder, traveling both the United States and internationally, and hosting parties for friends in her spare time!
ASHLEY Sanchez
Graduated from College International Esthetics, I am a licensed aesthetician. Certified in dermaplaning, micro-needling, microdermabrasion, laser hair removal and chemical peels. I have been doing laser hair removal for over 5 years in Colorado Springs, I recently moved back to Denver. When I’m not working at Vasu, my boyfriend and I take care of our 3 pups and his daughter. We love dirt bike riding, camping, golfing and enjoying the beautiful state of Colorado. I love creating new memories with the people I love.
Sophie Burke
Sophie Burke has been a Boulderite since 2012. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations with a minor in Marketing from the University of Colorado Boulder. Recently, Sophie successfully completed her studies at the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics in Denver and is currently working towards securing her Aesthetics license. Outside of the beauty and wellness world, Sophie is a self-proclaimed foodie, passionate animal lover, and traveler. Whether exploring new culinary delights or jet-setting to exciting destinations, she embraces a life filled with diverse experiences.

Meet our medical director, Dr. Stephen L. Zakany, M.D. Dr. Zakany is board certified in Family Medicine, certified Medical Laser Operator-Aesthetic by National Council on Laser Excellence, accredited provider of BOTOX® Cosmetic, and a member of Radiesse® Physician’s Network certified by Radiesse® injectables gel manufacturer BioForm Medical, Inc.
Dr. Zakany is a Member of the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine, American Academy of Family Practice, Colorado Academy of Family Practice, and Colorado Medical Society. Dr. Zakany has been practicing in Colorado since 1999. He has also practiced in Heidelberg (Germany), as well as Neptune Beach (Florida). Specific areas of interest include aesthetic laser procedures, working in conjunction with his patients to create a look that meets their goals. As needed, Dr. Zakany works hand in hand with Vasu and provides over 20+ years of experience and information.

Expect to be greeted with a smile and a warm welcome! You will be required to fill out any uncompleted paperwork and then escorted to your treatment room. We will explain the procedure in detail and discuss aftercare.
YES! We have been in business for over a decade! Jennifer Fisher has lived in Boulder for almost 25 years! Her children were born in Boulder and Vasu is a small, local business that actually cares about each and every client!
