Jennifer Fisher has been an active part of the Boulder community since 1997, blending a lifelong love of science and aesthetics into a career that is both technically advanced and deeply personal. She holds a B.S. in Biological Sciences and an M.S. in Environmental Science, and is certified as a Licensed Aesthetician, Medical Aesthetic Laser/IPL Specialist, and Laser Safety Officer.
Jennifer completed her laser training at National Laser Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona, and is a graduate of Concentric Healing Institute. Her background in nuclear power and environmental compliance informs her meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to safety in every treatment.
At Vasu Skin Solutions, Jennifer specializes in anti-aging treatments, combining the latest in laser technology with a personalized, results-driven approach. Whether you’re seeking subtle rejuvenation or long-term transformation, her goal is always to help clients feel refreshed, confident, and completely at ease.
Outside the clinic, Jennifer is a dedicated mother of two and a proud pet parent to three dogs, one cat, and a tank full of lively fish. Adventurous at heart, she’s often found at 20,000+ feet summits, dirt biking, mountain biking, snowboarding, running, scuba diving, or traveling to new corners of the globe.

Kate Agius brings over a decade of skincare expertise to her role as Manager and Laser Technician at Vasu Skin Solutions in Boulder. A licensed aesthetician and certified laser technician, Kate is a graduate of the College of International Esthetics in Denver, Colorado.
At Vasu, Kate is known not just for her skills and professionalism but also for her warmth and genuine care — everyone loves Kate! She works closely with clients and owner Jennifer Fisher to ensure every guest feels welcome, informed, and confident in their skincare journey.
Kate has extensive training in laser hair removal, chemical resurfacing, and microneedling, as well as advanced certifications in injectables, CO₂ laser treatments, and RF microneedling. Her commitment to continuing education and results-driven care makes her a trusted expert for clients of all backgrounds.
Originally from Buffalo, New York, Kate spent six years in the skincare industry before relocating to Colorado and joining the Vasu team — where she has been a key part of the family for over eight years.
Outside the treatment room, Kate enjoys life in Boulder with her husband, Kyle, and their energetic son, Myles, who is almost four. She is also expecting her second baby boy and the entire Vasu team is thrilled to be part of this exciting chapter in her life!
Kate loves exploring Colorado, traveling near and far, and hosting joyful get-togethers for her friends and loved ones.

Dr. Zakany is a Member of the American Society of Cosmetic Dermatology & Aesthetic Medicine, American Academy of Family Practice, Colorado Academy of Family Practice, and Colorado Medical Society. Dr. Zakany has been practicing in Colorado since 1999. He has also practiced in Heidelberg, as well as Neptune Beach.
