Please be sure to arrive at your appointments on time and not early. Our front doors are locked to avoid too many people in the building at a time. We don’t want you waiting outside if you arrive early.

Cancellation Policy
We have a $100, 24-hour no-show, late cancellation policy. Please make sure that you are not tan and/or shave within 2-3 days of your appointment for our laser hair removal clients. If we need to turn you away, this will count as a no-show. Please understand as we are a small business.
